BARCLAYS BANK CLOSURES (No. 2)

That this House is dismayed at the decision of Barclays Bank to close its branches in Coggeshall and Hatfield Peverel, and other branches; and urges the Government to promote alternative banking arrangements in those towns and villages now without a bank.
