after 'divides' insert 'also believes that the participation of over 18,000 schools in JC 2000, the Millennium Arts Festival for Schools and its creation of over 1,000 local and 12 regional and national schowcases for pupils' work of very high quality leading to the UK Festival at the Royal Albert Hall on June 23rd, reinforces this message;'
