That this House urges the Government to consider urgently the Third Report of the Environmental Transport and Regional Affairs Committee on the proposed public-private partnership for National Air Traffic Services Limited and to publish its response to the report before the Transport Bill returns from Committee to the House for its Report Stage and Third Reading debates.
