ELGIN CITY AND PETERHEAD FOOTBALL CLUBS

The motion

That this House congratulates Elgin City and Peterhead Football clubs on their success in gaining membership of the Scottish Football League; and recognises their elevation as a tribute to the Highland League and a boost to both towns and the North East of Scotland.
