The motion
leave out from 'decision' to end and add 'and make arrangements for some Piccadilly Line to stop at stations between Acton Town and Hammersmith, and to run shuttle services from Ealing Broadway and Richmond to West Kensington to enhance the service on the Circle Line,which, when last measured, operated only 79 per cent. of its published timetable.'.
