The motion

at end add '; further congratulates the Noah's Ark Appeal for its fundraising work and its role in raising the profile of a children's hospital for Wales; and warmly welcomes the commitment made by Jane Hutt AM, Welsh Assembly Government Health Secretary, in August 2001 of ú4.5 million to go with the Noah's Ark Appeal Fund for a new children's hospital for Wales along with a commitment to cover the ongoing revenue costs.'.
