The motion

That this House welcomes the visit of the Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan, Mr Wasim Sajjad; applauds his commitment to a peaceful relationship between Pakistan and India expressed at the 39th Annual Dinner of the Pakistan Society on 20th June; and congratulates the President, Prime Minister and Parliament of Pakistan on the progress of a thriving democracy in that country.
