A FEDERAL EUROPE

That this House is of the view that if a Federal Europe has no meaning, or different meanings to different European Community countries, it should have no place in any future EC Treaty; and that if it has the meaning attributed to it in the United Kingdom, it should also have no place in any future EC Treaty.
