PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN UKRAINE

That this House applauds the commitment to democracy on the part of the Ukrainian people, as shown in the conduct of the first round of the presidential election on 31st October; is disappointed by the condemnation of the conduct of the election attributed to spokespeople for international election monitors; and calls for more balanced reporting of the second round on 21st November.
