That this House congratulates the partners in the Department of Trade and Industry and trade union funded project, Working Together for Dignity at Work, which becomes operative from 1st July; welcomes this initiative to encourage best practice in dealing with workplace bullying that is a widespread phenomenon faced by many workers, damaging to personal and organisational health; congratulates Amicus in leading this ambitious project; notes that employers including the Royal Mail, BAE, Remploy and Legal and General are already supporting the project and trusts that others will join; and hopes that the project will be successful and can be developed to ensure that many more employees experience dignity at work, free from bullying and harassment.
