That this House congratulates Worcester Rugby Club on securing promotion to the Zurich Premiership having won the Division One title; wishes them success next season at their new level; commends then on having a highly successful junior programme which augers well for the future of rugby in Worcester; and finally recognises the commitment of the management team, and in particular its Chairman, Mr Cecil Duckworth, for their role in creating this championship winning team.
