EMPLOYEE RELATIONS IN THE HOUSE

That this House notes with concern the manner in which staff are treated by the House authorities and is particularly concerned to note that a senior member of staff in the Refreshment Department, with over 29 years of service, was declared redundant and given less than 24 hours to leave the building; and calls on the Leader of the House to enquire into management/employee relations in the Refreshment Department.
