PROTECTION OF THE SOLENT

That this House congratulates the Solent Protection Society on its campaign to protect the Solent waters from major oil spills by demanding that only double-hulled tankers are allowed to navigate in the Solent; and calls on all those who care about protecting the environment of the Solent for future generations to support the campaign.
