GULF CRISIS FUNDS

The motion

That this House welcomes the statement made by the Secretary of State for Defence that every penny of the Gulf Charity Fund will go to relatives of those killed, and to those injured, in the Gulf Crisis; congratulates The Sun newspaper, its readers, and journalist John Kay, on bringing this about; and urges Her Majesty's Government to pay this cash out as soon as possible.
