The motion

Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'whatever its views about bronze unicorns, regrets the state of the law which allows coaches to park in Parliament Square with their engines running, causing congestion and pollution; sympathises with the Metropolitan Police and Westminster City Council who are unable to cope with the problem under existing legislation; regrets the unwillingness of the Department of Transport to accept amendments to the Road Transport Bill currently before Parliament which would attend to the problem; and calls on the Government to review the suggestions proposed by the Hon Member for Christchurch which seek to rectify the situation'.'
