DOGS IN THE PALACE OF WESTMINSTER

The motion

That this House believes in compassion to animals as well as humans; and calls upon the Services Committee to allow all those dogs admitted to parts of the Palace of Westminster on or before 1st March to be allowed to continue to do so during their lifetime.
