That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Human Tissue Act 2004 (Ethical Approval, Exceptions from Licensing and Supply of Information about Transplants) Regulations 2006 (S.I., 2006, No. 1260), dated 25th April 2006, a copy of which was laid before this House on 10th May, be annulled.
