HALCROW MANAGEMENT SCIENCE'S WATER WORK

That this House is concerned at the report in the Observer on 2nd July, that the Water Regulator has commissioned the company Halcrow Management Science to assess the level of a possible fine upon Thames Water for its poor performance in missing leak targets, and that Halcrow has Thames Water as one of its leading clients; and considers this a major conflict of interest.
