KASHMIR AND THE 1948 UN RESOLUTION

The motion

That this House believes that it is now time for the implementation of the 1948 United Nations Resolution 726 to give the people of Kashmir the right to determine their own future in order to bring to an end continuing unrest and allegations of human rights violations in this region, thereby restoring peace and dignity to both the Indian and Pakistani people.
