NATIONAL AUDIT OFFICE AND PRIVATE FINANCE INITIATIVE CONTRACTS

That this House urges the Government to introduce legislation to enable the National Audit Office to follow public monies paid to private sector companies under the Private Finance Initiative and to examine their books to assess probity, value for money, efficiency and accountability to the taxpayers.
