PRIME MINISTER'S HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVE

That this House congratulates the Prime Minister on his initiative which led to the decision by the United States and the French Government to implement his proposal of 8th April for safe havens in nothern Iraq, backed if necessary by military force to protect the humanitarian operations.
