GLASS SLIPPER APPEAL

That this House recognises the incredible contribution that the Glass Slipper Appeal has made in raising funds for the Royal Marsden Hospital's Cancer Campaign; notes the excellent work of Ken Cole, whose wife Caron tragically died of ovarian cancer some six years ago, in helping to raise both financial support and awareness of the lack of funding for cancer care patients; commends the Royal Marsden Hospital and its cancer specialists for the exemplary work they do; and wishes the Glass Slipper Appeal every success in future fundraising projects for patients in desperate need of cancer care.
