COUNCIL OF EUROPE CONVENTION ON THE PREVENTION OF TERRORISM

The motion

That this House takes note of the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism, Cm. 6901, presented to Parliament on 24th July, in the last Session of Parliament; and requests that Her Majesty's Government does not ratify it until the Joint Committee on Human Rights has considered and reported on its implications.
