ELECTIONS IN VENEZUELA (No 2)

That this House congratulates Hugo Chavez on his re-election as President of Venezuela; notes that his large majority came from people who support the programme of eliminating poverty and using oil revenues to improve health, education and employment; and calls upon the Government to work with the government of Venezuela to achieve social justice.
