The motion

That this House notes the results of an ICM opinion poll conducted on behalf of the Campaign Against Political Correctness in which 80 per cent. of the British public answered `yes' when asked `are you fed up with political correctness'; notes that people's concern about political correctness is very consistent regardless of age, sex, race, income or area of residence; calls on the Government to take action to stop promoting political correctness, which is clearly worrying so many people; specifically urges the Government to oppose any form of positive discrimination, which is encouraging racism and sexism against the wishes of the British people; and urges the Government genuinely to reflect modern Britain and properly represent people by getting rid of the political correctness with which 80 per cent. of them are fed up.
