CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY CASELOAD

That this House notes that there are currently 300,000 Child Support Agency cases where no regular payments are being received by families and £3.5 billion of child maintenance arrears according to latest figures; believes that families still waiting to receive money from former partners must receive this in full; and calls on the Government not to write off any existing debts owed by absent parents and to ensure that these families receive the money owed to them.
