PRESIDENT BUSH'S NEW STRATEGY FOR IRAQ

That this House notes the deployment by US President George W. Bush of 21,500 extra troops to Iraq; is totally opposed to escalating the coalition presence in Iraq; and instead believes that, nearly four years since the invasion of Iraq, it is time to disengage from the occupation and for the UK to pursue a policy that is independent of President Bush and his advisers.
