That this House congratulates Milton Keynes on its 40th anniversary; recognises the city's revolutionary design; celebrates its vibrant community spirit, congratulates the residents of Milton Keynes's can do attitude; and encourages the city to continue to adhere to its motto, `by knowledge, design and understanding'.
