That this House notes with sadness the death of Peter Clarke, the first Children's Commissioner for Wales and the first Children's Commissioner in the UK; recognises the value of this post to Wales and how he made it a success; and pays tribute to Peter Clarke's dedication and professionalism and, above all, the way that he spoke up for the children of Wales.
