VOTE ON THE WAR WITH IRAQ

That this House notes that a number of hon. Members who voted in favour of the war in Iraq did so on the basis of the information provided to them by the Prime Minister; notes with grave concern that the information provided was incorrect in terms of weapons of mass destruction and the 45 minute warning; recognises that those hon. Members now regret their decision to vote in favour of the war with Iraq; views with concern that the Prime Minister was not present at the debate on the Iraq war on Wednesday 24th January; calls upon him to account for his actions; and further calls upon the Leader of the House to provide Parliamentary time to allow this House to reach a decision as to whether British armed forces should remain in Iraq.
