HOUSE OF LORDS REFORM (No. 2)

That this House notes that 375 hon. and right hon. Members voted against a wholly appointed second chamber, with a majority of 179; and believes it would be inappropriate for any further peers to be appointed whilst the Government prepares legislation to enact the declared preference of the House for a wholly stated second chamber.
