ETHIOPIAN KIDNAP VICTIMS

That this House welcomes the safe return of the British victims of the kidnap in Ethiopia and Eritrea and congratulates the efforts of the UK and international diplomats in securing their release; expresses its hope that the remaining Ethiopian kidnap victims will not be forgotten; notes with concern the lack of media attention shown in the fate of the remaining hostages following the return of their British travelling companions; and calls upon the governments of the UK, France and Italy and the wider international community to continue to work closely with the Ethiopian and Eritrean governments to secure the safe release of the remaining Ethiopian hostages.
