OMBUDSMAN'S REPORT ON CLAIM OF MALADMINISTRATION AGAINST THE DEPARTMENT FOR ENVIRONMENT, FOOD AND RURAL AFFAIRS

That this House expresses its dismay and concern at the length of time it has taken the Parliamentary Ombudsman to finalise the report of her inquiry into the claim of maladministration against the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs by Associated Swill Users, which began on 16th October 2003.
