VOTING ON DEVOLVED MATTERS

That this House welcomes the establishment of a Parliament or Assembly for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland; and calls on hon. and right hon. Members representing constituencies in those countries that are now beneficiaries of devolved government to sign up to the convention of Scottish National Party hon. Members of not voting on issues before this House which are devolved to their respective countries.
