FOOD SAFETY

That this House congratulates the BBC's Whistleblower programme for the depth and quality of its undercover investigation by reporters which identified that food hygiene rules have been flouted at branches of two major UK supermarket chains; and calls for urgent action by the Government to ensure that food that is past its use by date is no longer sold to the public.
