BRITISH AIRWAYS GROUND STAFF IN SCOTLAND

That this House notes with regret the withdrawal of British Airways ground handling staff from Scottish airports; further notes that this has reduced the standard of service offered to customers; believes that British Airways customers from Scotland receive a second class service for first class fares; and calls on British Airways to re-evaluate its policy so that the people of Scotland get the service they deserve and pay for.
