CHARGES TO PARK HOME OWNERS

That this House notes with concern the unfair and unnecessary commission charged by Park Home landowners on individual Park Home owners when selling their homes; further notes that Park Home owners face a number of other costs associated with moving house on top of this commission; welcomes the Government's recent consultation on Park Homes; urges the Government to listen to Park Home owners' views; and calls upon the Government to abolish the right of Park Home landowners to charge commission on the sale of houses on their land.
