That this House asks the Health Select Committee and the National Audit Office to inquire into the series of aims, judgments and arrangements associated with Modernising Medical Careers and the Medical Training Application Service that has led to the misery and appalling uncertainty, arbitrary unfairness and penalties experienced by competent dedicated doctors during the current process of applications and appointments to hospital posts in England.
