TRAVEL TIMES AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

That this House asks the Secretary of State for Health to seek advice on the odd claim by the West Sussex Primary Care Trust that, subject to unspecified subjunctives, it is to be accepted that, following the arrival of a first attender or an ambulance, the travel time to a consultant-led hospital with emergency service makes no difference to mortality.
