The motion
That this House welcomes the formation of the Dr Kazem Rajavi Foundation, as a tribute to the memory and life's work of Dr Kazem Rajavi, the well-known human rights advocate, to promote human rights values not only in his native land, Iran, but throughout the world; condemns his assassination in Geneva, which, according to Swiss police investigations, was carried out by terrorist agents of the Iran regime; calls upon Her Majesty's Government to make the strongest representations at the current session of the United Nations Human Rights Commission to condemn the continuing human rights violations in Iran, as well as Dr Kazem Rajavi's assassination; and records its appreciation of this work for that Commission.
