That this House expresses its disgust with, and condemnation of, Virgin Media, which has inflicted damage on the property of a constituent of the right hon. Member for Manchester, Gorton and who, far from redressing the damage and compensating the constituent concerned, has failed to respond to the aforementioned constituent over a period of many months and has failed, in addition, to respond to a succession of letters from the right hon. Member over a period of more than four months; calls on Ofcom to investigate; and calls on potential customers to boycott a rich, powerful but irresponsible company.
