COMPOSITION OF JURIES

That this House notes the decision of the House of Lords in the cases of R v Abdroikov, R v Green and R v Williamson; and believes that the law should be amended so as to exclude police officers and prosecutors employed by the Crown Prosecution Service from serving on a jury.
