SINGLE EQUALITY ACT

That this House welcomes the Government's intention to modernise and simplify the legal framework for equality in a new Single Equality Act, which aims to produce better outcomes for those who currently experience disadvantage; and urges the Government to build on the achievements that have already been made in anti-discrimination law.
