POLICE PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES

That this House notes that each police authority procures its own vehicles; recognises that the vast majority of police vehicles are built abroad; believes that all public sector bodies should do everything they can to support British industry; and urges the Government to work with the chief constables to ensure that police forces purchase UK built cars.
