INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM

That this House calls on the Government to extend individual freedom so that individuals and families are allowed more control over how and when they draw down public expenditure; and believes that cancer sufferers should be encouraged to pay for additional drugs which are prescribed for them by their consultant but are not made available to them on NHS prescriptions.
