The motion
That this House congratulates Zoe Kane on winning a gold medal for the 400 metre freestyle, a silver medal for the 800 metre freestyle and a silver medal for the women's relay at the Special Olympics in Shanghai; notes the great journey Zoe has undertaken in confronting her fear of water and eventually excelling in the sport; further notes that Zoe has managed to achieve a tremendous amount; and cheers her on to further successes in the future.
