PRESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CHINA

That this House notes that the President of the United States plans to meet the President of China when visiting the Olympic Games in Beijing later this year; and further notes that these two presidents have much in common to discuss, including indiscriminate use of capital punishment, torture of political prisoners and blatant violations of international law.
