The motion
That this House notes the publication of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) creative industries strategy document on 22nd February 2008 entitled, Creative Britain New Talents for the New Economy; welcomes the recognition of the contribution made by the ceramics industry to the UK's creative industry; and calls upon the Secretary of State for the DCMS and the Midlands Regional Minister to discuss with regeneration partners in North Staffordshire the role of ceramics as a creative industry.
