EXTENSION OF GANGMASTERS LICENSING AUTHORITY REMIT

That this House notes with concern the high number of deaths and injuries suffered by workers in the construction industry each year; and calls on the Government to bring forward proposals to extend the remit of the Gangmasters Licensing Authority to protect the welfare of workers in the construction industry.
