42nd ANNIVERSARY OF THE ELECTION OF THE HON. MEMBER FOR WALSALL NORTH

That this House congratulates the hon. Member for Walsall North on the 42nd anniversary of his first election to Parliament; notes that he is one of the longest serving hon. Members; commends him on his dedication to his constituents; and further commends his commitment to human rights issues and his successful campaign for compensation for former prisoners of war amongst other worthy causes.
